To achieve this mission the EBCRC operates the following:

• The Defense Conversion Revolving Loan Fund (DC RLF) provides access to capital to small businesses for working capital, equipment purchase, leasehold improvements and more.
  
• The EBCRC provides Business Support Services to new/existing businesses located or locating on a former military base in Alameda County.
